Virgin Frozen Mango Daiquiri
All the mango, none of the rum. Frozen, smooth and shareable.
Mango is the flavour people in the Caribbean grew up on, and a frozen mango daiquiri is the fastest way to put it in a glass. Barddies Mango Daiquiri Mix is built for frozen service, so you get a smooth, thick drink without watery batches.
Three ingredients, one blender, 30 seconds. It scales from a single glass on the porch to a full slush machine at an event.
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
- 4 oz (120 ml) Barddies Mango Daiquiri Mix
- 1 cup (240 ml) crushed ice
- Fresh mango slice, to garnish
Method
- Add the rum, Barddies Mango Daiquiri Mix and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass or hurricane glass.
- Garnish with fresh mango and serve straight away.
Tips & Variations
- Too thick? Add a splash more mixer. Too thin? Add a little more ice and re-blend.
- Swirl it: blend a mango batch and a Barddies Strawberry batch separately and pour them side by side.
- Serving a crowd? Keep the mix cold and batch to the same ratio rather than diluting it to stretch it further.
