By accessing or using the barddies.com website or placing an order with Barddies Cocktail Mixers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions, prices, and availability shown on barddies.com are for information purposes and may change without notice. Prices are shown in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed through barddies.com constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
We deliver island-wide across Trinidad & Tobago. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather events, carrier delays, or address errors provided by the customer.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of TTD $200 or more. Delivery charges for qualifying orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact info@barddies.com with your order number and reason for return. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
All content on barddies.com — including text, images, logos, branding, and design — is the property of Fresh Start Limited and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Fresh Start Limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Start Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of barddies.com or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
