Classic Barddies Margarita cocktail recipe

Tequila · Frozen or On-the-Rocks

Classic Barddies Margarita

The benchmark cocktail — bright citrus, clean sweetness, salty rim. Barddies handles the balance so every pour is perfect.

  • 60ml (2 oz) blanco or reposado tequila
  • 90ml (3 oz) Barddies Classic Margarita Mixer
  • Ice (cubed or crushed)
  • Barddies Ultimate Margarita Salt (for rim)
  • Lime wedge to garnish
  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and press into Barddies Margarita Salt.
  2. Fill shaker with ice. Add tequila and Barddies Classic Margarita Mixer.
  3. Shake hard for 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the salted glass. Garnish with lime. Serve immediately.
Frozen Mango Daiquiri cocktail recipe using Barddies

Frozen Mango Daiquiri

Smooth, tropical and absolutely irresistible. Our Mango Daiquiri Mix blends beautifully — serious crowd-pleaser at any Caribbean gathering.

  • 60ml (2 oz) white rum
  • 120ml (4 oz) Barddies Mango Daiquiri Mix
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Fresh mango slice to garnish
  1. Add rum, Barddies Mango Daiquiri Mix and crushed ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass or hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh mango and a mini umbrella if you're feeling festive.
Blue Lagoon cocktail recipe with Barddies Blue Curaçao

Vodka · Shaken

Caribbean Blue Lagoon

Electric blue, citrus-forward and completely stunning. This is the drink that stops tables and starts conversations.

  • 45ml (1½ oz) vodka
  • 30ml (1 oz) Barddies Blue Curaçao
  • 90ml (3 oz) lemonade or pineapple juice
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry to garnish
  1. Fill a tall glass or hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Combine vodka and Barddies Blue Curaçao in a shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into ice-filled glass. Top with lemonade or pineapple juice.
  4. Stir gently. Garnish with a cherry and serve with a straw.
Tequila Sunrise cocktail recipe using Barddies Grenadine

Trinidad Tequila Sunrise

The iconic sunrise gradient — tequila, OJ, and Barddies Grenadine layering into something almost too beautiful to drink. Almost.

  • 60ml (2 oz) tequila
  • 120ml (4 oz) fresh orange juice
  • 15ml (½ oz) Barddies Grenadine Syrup
  • Ice
  • Orange wheel and cherry to garnish
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add tequila then orange juice. Stir gently.
  2. Slowly pour Barddies Grenadine down the side of the glass — it will sink to the bottom, creating the sunrise effect.
  3. Do not stir after adding grenadine. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
Caribbean Rum Punch recipe using Barddies Simple Syrup

Caribbean Rum Punch

Follow the old rhyme — 1 of sour, 2 of sweet, 3 of strong, 4 of weak. Barddies Simple Syrup as your sweet makes every batch perfect.

  • 60ml (2 oz) fresh lime juice (1 of sour)
  • 120ml (4 oz) Barddies Simple Syrup (2 of sweet)
  • 180ml (6 oz) dark or white rum (3 of strong)
  • 240ml (8 oz) water or fruit juice (4 of weak)
  • Ice, lime wheels, and Angostura bitters to garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher with ice. Stir well.
  2. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
  3. Garnish with lime wheels and grated nutmeg.
Perfect salted margarita recipe — Barddies salt and mixer

Tequila · On-the-Rocks

The Perfect Salted Rim Margarita

The art of the rim. Barddies Margarita Salt + Margarita Mixer together — the full Barddies experience in one glass.

⏱ 5 min🍸 1 serving
  • 60ml (2 oz) tequila (blanco preferred)
  • 90ml (3 oz) Barddies Classic Margarita Mixer
  • Barddies Ultimate Margarita Salt
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • Ice
  1. Spread Barddies Margarita Salt on a flat plate. Rub a lime wedge generously around the glass rim.
  2. Press the rim into the salt and rotate — get your rim on!
  3. Fill glass with fresh ice. Shake tequila and mixer over ice, then strain into salted glass.
  4. Squeeze remaining lime over the top. Sip and repeat.
